Youth unemployment and underemployment are major challenges facing rural India. Many young people lack the skills, guidance, and opportunities needed to secure decent employment. Gandhiji Seva Sangam's Livelihood Program addresses this critical gap by providing comprehensive skill training, career counseling, and placement support to underprivileged youth, enabling them to break the cycle of poverty and build sustainable livelihoods.

1. Vocational Skills Training
We offer industry-aligned training programs in high-demand sectors:
- Information Technology: Basic computer skills, MS Office, data entry, hardware maintenance, and web design
- Hospitality & Tourism: Front office operations, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and hotel management
- Retail & Sales: Customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Healthcare & Nursing: Basic healthcare assistant training, geriatric care, and patient care skills

Success Story
"Rajesh, a 22-year-old school dropout from a farmer family, had limited prospects beyond manual labor. He enrolled in our automotive repair training program and excelled in the six-month course. Through our placement cell, he secured a job at a reputed automobile service center in Madurai with a monthly salary of ₹15,000. Within two years, Rajesh saved enough to open his own motorcycle repair shop in his village. He now employs two other youth and earns ₹30,000 per month. His success has inspired ten more youth from his village to join our training programs."
Training Methodology
